Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 29, 2026
Last Updated: March 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seeniq platform, website (getseeniq.com), APIs, reports, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Seeniq LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service in any way, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Audit” means the automated process by which the Service queries AI engines and analyzes their responses about a dental practice.
“Audit Report” means the PDF document or dashboard data generated from an Audit, including visibility scores, accuracy scores, factual error detection, and correction guidance.
“AI Engines” means the third-party AI platforms queried by the Service, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview.
“Ground Truth” means verified practice information sourced from public business directories, practice websites, and professional registries.
“Practice Data” means the publicly available information about a dental practice that the Service collects, monitors, and analyzes, including business name, address, phone number, website, hours, specialties, and provider credentials.
“Enrichment Data” means supplemental practice intelligence gathered from public data sources, including SEO metrics, website performance scores, review sentiment, citation analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
“Subscription” means your paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) granting access to the Service features described in Section 4.
“Paddle” means Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record that processes all payments, handles billing, collects applicable taxes, and manages refunds on our behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. The Service is designed for dental practices and dental marketing professionals operating in the United States. We may expand to other markets in the future.
3. Account Registration
3.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.3. You must notify us immediately at support@getseeniq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Service Description and Plans
4.1. Free Audit. We offer a one-time free audit (“Live Demo”) through our landing page. The free audit queries a limited set of AI engines and provides a teaser of results. Full results are delivered via email as a PDF report. No account is required for a free audit, but an email address is required for report delivery.
4.2. Starter Plan ($149/month or $119/month billed annually). Includes daily AI monitoring across all four engines, visibility and accuracy scoring, factual error detection, correction guidance, email alerts, and monthly PDF reports for one practice.
4.3. Pro Plan ($249/month or $199/month billed annually). Everything in Starter, plus weekly deep audits, SMS alerts for critical errors, competitor tracking, priority support, and advanced analytics for one practice.
4.4. Agency Plan ($79/practice/month, minimum 10 practices). Everything in Pro, plus multi-practice dashboard, white-label reports and emails, bulk audit capabilities, and dedicated support.
4.5. Feature availability, pricing, and plan details are subject to change. We will provide 30 days’ notice before any pricing changes affect existing subscriptions.
5. Billing and Payment
5.1. Paddle as Merchant of Record. All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Subscription, your billing relationship for payment, invoicing, tax collection, and refund processing is with Paddle, not directly with Seeniq LLP. Paddle’s terms are available at paddle.com/legal/terms.
5.2. Sales Tax. Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your billing address. The prices listed on our pricing page exclude tax; Paddle adds the applicable tax at checkout.
5.3. Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment for the full year.
5.4. Monthly billing automatically renews each month until cancelled.
5.5. All prices are in US Dollars.
5.6. Failed payments will trigger a grace period managed by Paddle. If payment is not resolved, your account will be downgraded to read-only access (historical reports remain available) and active monitoring will pause.
5.7. You may manage your subscription, update payment methods, and download invoices through the Paddle customer portal accessible from your account settings.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until then.
6.2. Refunds. All refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
6.3. Free audit reports are complimentary and are not a paid service.
6.4. Refund requests may be submitted through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support@getseeniq.com and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
7. How the Service Works
7.1. AI Engine Queries. The Service sends dental-related queries (e.g., “best dentist in [city],” “does [practice] accept [insurance]”) to AI engines on your behalf. These queries simulate what real patients ask. The Service does NOT interact with your patients or access any patient data.
7.2. Analysis. AI responses are analyzed for factual claim extraction and compared against Ground Truth data from public business directories, practice websites, and professional registries.
7.3. Scoring. The Service calculates visibility scores (how often AI engines mention or recommend your practice), accuracy scores (whether AI responses contain factual errors), and a composite grade (A through F).
7.4. Enrichment. The Service gathers supplemental data from public sources including website performance tools, professional registries, and your practice’s public web presence. This data feeds into authority profiles, ROI calculations, and competitive analysis.
7.5. Correction Guidance. When factual errors are detected, the Service provides guidance on how to correct them (e.g., updating your Google Business Profile, fixing website markup). The Service does NOT automatically modify any of your online profiles or listings.
7.6. No Guaranteed Outcomes. AI engine behavior is outside our control. We cannot guarantee that corrections will change how AI engines respond, that visibility scores will improve, or that specific business outcomes (new patients, revenue increases) will result from using the Service. ROI estimates in reports are projections based on public data, not guarantees.
8. Data Practices
8.1. Public Data Only. The Service exclusively monitors publicly available AI responses and publicly available practice information. We do not access, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. We are not a Business Associate under HIPAA.
8.2. Practice Data. We store verified practice information (name, address, phone, website, hours, specialties, providers) sourced from Google Places, your website, and the NPI Registry. This data is used as Ground Truth for accuracy comparisons.
8.3. AI Response Data. We store the text of AI engine responses to dental queries. These are public responses any user could receive by asking the same questions.
8.4. Enrichment Data. We store supplemental data including website performance metrics, keyword rankings, competitor analysis, review summaries, and citation data. All sourced from publicly available APIs.
8.5. Data Retention. Audit results and reports are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. After account deletion, all customer data is purged within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
8.6. For full details on data collection, use, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Our IP. The Service, including all software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, report templates, and documentation, is owned by Seeniq LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
9.2. Your Data. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us (e.g., practice details you manually enter). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this data to provide the Service.
9.3. Reports. Audit Reports generated for your practice are licensed to you for your internal business use. Agency plan customers may share white-labeled reports with their clients. You may not resell reports or use them to build a competing service.
9.4. Feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.
10. Acceptable Use
10.1. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to monitoring and improving your dental practice’s (or your clients’ practices’) AI visibility.
10.2. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
10.3. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using the Service to monitor practices you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Submitting false practice information to manipulate scores
- Reverse engineering the scoring algorithms or analysis pipeline
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service (except as permitted under the Agency plan)
- Using the Service to harass, defame, or interfere with competitors
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or security measures
- Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided APIs
11. Third-Party Services
11.1. The Service relies on third-party APIs and platforms to query AI engines, verify practice information, and process payments. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
11.2. AI engine responses are generated by third parties and may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. The Service identifies these issues but does not control the underlying AI models.
11.3. Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (UK). Your payment relationship is governed by Paddle’s Terms.
12. Service Availability
12.1. We aim for 99.5% uptime for the dashboard and API, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance.
12.2. AI engine queries depend on third-party API availability. Engine-specific outages or rate limits may temporarily affect audit completeness. We will retry failed queries automatically.
12.3. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notification.
12.4. We do not currently offer SLA credits. This may change as the Service matures.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seeniq LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
13.2. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13.3. The Service monitors public AI responses and provides informational guidance only. We are not liable for decisions made based on audit reports, scores, or correction guidance. We are not liable for the content of AI engine responses or their impact on your practice.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seeniq LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any data you provide to the Service.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI engine responses will be accurate or complete.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
16.2. Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@getseeniq.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
16.3. Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted virtually (via video conference) unless both parties agree to an in-person venue. The language of arbitration shall be English.
16.4. Consumer Protection. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws, or any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
16.5. Billing Disputes.Disputes related to payment, invoicing, tax, or refunds should be directed to Paddle in the first instance, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle’s dispute resolution process is governed by their terms of service.
