All payments for Seeniq are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.


Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility for all Seeniq subscriptions (monthly and annual) is determined by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. Paddle reviews each refund request on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Free AI audit reports generated through our landing page are complimentary and are not a paid service.


How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through either of these channels:

  • Paddle Customer Portal: Manage your subscription and initiate refund requests directly through the Paddle customer portal, accessible from your account settings.
  • Email: Contact support@getseeniq.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by Paddle, it is processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.


Relationship to Terms of Service

This Refund Policy supplements Section 6 (Cancellation and Refunds) of our Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, Paddle’s refund policy prevails.
